DAmong the main products offered, we may highlight:

-PIPES: for gas pipelines, oil pipelines and processing plants in carbon, lead and stainless steels, according to the most rigorous specifications, as API and ASTM, with diameters higher than 12 inches and practically any schedule.

In 2003, EBSE signed a partnership contract with Petrobras for supplying, for five years, coating piping of offshore oil wells. It also performs tubular elements and knots to jackets in fixed platforms.

-EQUIPMENT: produced by its own engineering or by third parties'. EBSE has a huge experience in manufacturing pressure vessels, towers, separators, cyclones, storage tanks with conical or floating roof, flares, ducts for gases, side faces of blast furnaces, regenerators, by-pass stacks, which meet the most diverse industrial demands, as petroleum and petrochemistry, steel industry, energy, mining, paper and cellulose.

-SPOOLS: Using its factoring capacity in cutting and welding, EBSE recently made available to the market a new line of products. Owning all procedures approved for manufacturing, welding, quality control and non-destructive tests, as well as engineering of details and qualified personnel for performance and inspection, it may offer the pre-fabrication of spools in the beginning of contracts, avoiding that its clients lose time and money in building provisional facilities, generating an optimization in cash flow and, mainly, allowing erection times to be shortened.

-PROCEDURAL SKIDS: manufactured in partnership with national and foreign companies that hold processing technology, EBSE performs detailing and manufacturing, as well as the assembly of components, delivering the skid already tested.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: is vital in EBSE's evolving process. In order to guarantee a high quality standard and delivering time of its products, the internal development is a priority to the company's management. 	API Pipe Factory

-Professional DEVELOPMENT, aiming at qualification and certification, is directed to the whole organization. In the managing level, investment has been made in the MBA - Project Management course by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and PMP certification. For the producing personnel, specific training for metal workers, piping fitters, producing foremen and quality control inspector has been successfully made.

-SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: EBSE develops high school programs in partnership with SENAI, also available for the employees' relatives.

-ENVIRONMENT: The certification program headed for ISO 14001 Certification is in its final stage, and the program of environmental requirements is in accordance with FEEMA.

-HEALTH AND WORK SAFETY: It aims the employees' well-being. Continuous safety training, use of proper protection equipment (EPI), fire drilling, besides periodic vaccination, physical and laboratorial examimnations are part of day-to-day activities.
