MPE Participações em Engenharia e Serviços was created
to unite engineering companies in the same holding, aiming at strengthening
MPE Group's business values, coordinated strategic direction, information
fluency, speed in decisions and an optimal utilization of financial, material
and human resources..
United in the center, we have a Board of Directors, comprised
of MPE'S Group's main businessmen, which defines the mission and purpose of
all entities; Corporate Superintendences, which provide supporting service
to operational unities; and the Executive Officers of each company, which
responds for commercial achievements and execution of project. Therefore,
MPE'S, EBE'S, GEMON'S, CCR'S and EBSE'S acts are guided by the same business
values, but they are differentiated by a separated strategic positioning,
suitable to each company.
The search for a high quality level in products and services
offered, priority to safety and health of employees, respect for the environment
and social role, whose development we are responsible for, are principles
of the Group that are common to all.
Products and services offered, the profile of clients, the
form of commercial and operational acting are particular, strongly influenced
by the personal style and experience of each company's businessmen. We could
say that each center of results has the Group's body and its officers' head.
Maybe this is our most valuable characteristic: unity of principles and plurality
of opinions. Alternatives presented as a diversity of opinions conduct companies
through distinct ways, which passes through the management of sophisticated
integrated enterprises, EPCs with a high level of responsibility and risk,
the performance of works in civil construction and electromechanical erection,
provision of maintenance services, manufacturing capital assets and commissioning,
pre-operation and operation of industrial plants belonging to their own or
to third parties. This diversification of tracks has allowed the aims to be
supplanted and growth to be continued.
The Group's new structuring aimed at re-discussing concepts
and re-aligning ideas, in order to rearrange engineering for a new growing cycle.
